I've decided on school. I'm going to go to Langara to do Early Childhood Education in January of next year. It's far away, but I'm going to have to save up enough money to be able to support myself (aka my habits and spending and cell phone and liquor consumption) for the next year. 10 courses a semester, 3 semesters, 66 credits total! It's going to be ridiculous. I will have no life.
I have to find a daycare that will let me volunteer for them. I need 40 hours + a letter of reference from the workplace before I can even submit my application to Langara. 3 jobs, ftw!
I'm really, really excited!

I had a really excellent Christmas haul this year. I'm really pleased that I got a lot of things that will be helpful for the future - like a toaster oven and some more baking things. I will not be ghetto when I move out!

I've been getting to spend a lot more time with my friends lately, too, which has really been helping my sanity. However, going out so much has been the reason why I got so sick....but whatever!
